About shipments

1. Shipping Charges and Taxes

The Customer shall be responsible for the shipping, handling and insurance charges for the products and/or services purchased on the Site, as well as for the sales tax, value added tax and other taxes incurred for each accepted purchase offer. All taxes caused by the purchase will be settled from the moment the Customer makes his purchase offer on the Site, and therefore he will be able to know the exact amount to be paid in favor of bproaudio.com, which will include all the aforementioned concepts.

2. Delivery of the products

bproaudio.com undertakes to make deliveries exclusively within the Colombian territory, in the areas and places to which it has access in accordance with its network and therefore may refuse to accept a purchase offer when the address registered by the Client for delivery is not within the geographical areas authorized by bproaudio.com for this purpose.

The products purchased by the Client will be delivered to the address indicated by the Client when making the purchase offer, within a period of between 7 and 10 working days depending on the destination, counted from the date on which the Site accepts the corresponding purchase offer, and provided that the terms and conditions of payment have been determined in advance and there are no causes beyond the control of bproaudio.com that could delay delivery, such as any fortuitous event or force majeure. The shipping time may vary depending on the availability of the product from the manufacturer and / or supplier of the brand in the territory.

It is understood that any person who is at the address where the delivery is to be made, will be duly authorized by the Customer to receive his order. Consequently, bproaudio.com is exonerated from any responsibility for the delivery made, provided that it is made at the address registered on the Site.

In order to receive the products and/or services, there must be a person of legal age authorized to receive them, otherwise the order will not be delivered. If no one receives the order at the address indicated, bproaudio.com will proceed to return the products to the respective deposit and the Customer will be obliged to contact the Site within a maximum period of five (5) working days for us to proceed to its reshipment, in which case the costs generated by the same shall be borne by the customer, and until they are not canceled, Boutique Pro Audio will not be obliged to make the shipment again.

If the order is not received at the address indicated after 3 (three) visits by the carrier, bproaudio.com will proceed with the return of the products. In this case, the Client shall be obliged to contact the Site within a maximum of three (3) calendar days to proceed with the reshipment, in which case the shipping and insurance costs generated shall be borne by the Client, and until such time as they are not paid, bproaudio.com shall not be obliged to make the shipment again.

If the Client does not proceed to request the reshipment within the indicated term, or does not pay the additional amount for the reshipment, bproaudio.com may withdraw from the business, and shall only be obliged to reimburse the amount paid for the products and/or services, deducting the value of the expenses incurred for the transport.

3. Shipping and delivery

All the delivery times announced start to run after the confirmation of the availability of the Products/services ordered, and are calculated in working days. Said times are also conditioned to the validation of the order by PAY-U, therefore, the controls exercised by PAY-U in the terms of the previous paragraph, may extend the specified times.

The times indicated include the delivery of the Products to the User's home, the preparation and shipment of orders, and the delivery of the Products to the User by the carrier used by each of the Suppliers.

4. Returns and Exchanges

In accordance with the provisions of the Colombian Consumer Statute, bproaudio.com will proceed to accept repairs and returns of purchased products that are defective due to manufacturing defects, in accordance with the parameters of the guarantees provided by the respective producer. bproaudio.com will have 30 working days to carry out the changes and/or returns, which will be counted from the time the Customer submits its claim.
