For BOUTIQUE AUDIO S.A.S it is fundamental and a priority to adopt technical, legal, human and administrative measures that are necessary to ensure the security of personal data protecting confidentiality, integrity, use, unauthorized access and / or fraudulent. Likewise, the company has implemented internal security protocols of mandatory compliance for all personnel with access to personal data and information systems.
The internal security policies under which the holder's information is kept to prevent its adulteration, loss, consultation, use or unauthorized or fraudulent access, are as follows:
1. policies in the perimeter technological infrastructure in the data network (intrusion prevention system, firewalls, secure mail, content control, access control and antivirus).

3. Technological implementation policies that minimize the risk of critical platforms in case of disasters (DRP Disaster Recovery Plan).
4. Technological implementation policies that protect the organization's computers and servers from malware.

6. Technological implementation policies that control the sending and electronic transmissions characterized as confidential.
7. Technological implementation policies that back up the information contained in the different platforms.
8. Written policy on information security and use of information tools.
9. Confidentiality agreement with suppliers and third parties.
10. Confidentiality clause in employee employment contracts.
11. Self-control procedures.
12. In all the events that are carried out, in which customer information is captured, the Habeas data paragraph is included, with its respective implications.
13. Habeas Data Notice. By participating in the Event, each participant declares to know and authorize freely, prior, voluntary, express and duly informed Boutique Pro Audio S.A.S to collect, record, process, disseminate, compile, exchange, update and dispose of the data or partial information provided, and for the purpose of participating in the Event, and to transfer such data or partial or total information to their businesses and companies in order that Boutique Pro Audio S. A.S. can offer its products and / or services to its customers in a more personalized and direct way, and also to contact the person in case of being the winner of the Event, to send advertising information of their own brands, mailing, sms, direct mail and market all the data and information that voluntarily provided at the time of participating in the Event. The use of the database will be from the beginning of the Event until the day Boutique Pro Audio S.A.S enters into liquidation.
Boutique Pro Audio S.A.S guarantees that it complies with the protection of personal data provided by its customers under the provisions of the regulations governing the right to HABEAS DATA, for which it is allowed to report:
