How long is the warranty period for the products?
Warranty times are the same as those provided by the manufacturers and vary for each brand and product. This warranty can be redeemed directly with us if the purchase was made directly or through a store within our network.
Is there a shipping cost?
Purchases made on this platform have a special rate and is NOT included in the value of the product. All shipments have a cost except for purchases over $ 1,700 dollars.
Is it possible to pay for the products on delivery?
No, products must be paid in full for delivery. The price of the shipment can be left to be paid upon delivery.
What means of payment can I use?
At the moment we accept all major credit cards and we also handle bank transfers. We do NOT receive cash payments.
Is there any cost for technical support?
If you made the purchase with us directly or with a distributor that is part of our network, the support has no cost if it is done within the warranty period. Otherwise the value of this will be given by our team of engineers.
