The M30 is a precision-designed omnidirectional measurement microphone with a 23 kHz frequency range, ideal for acoustic measurements, including speaker design and quality control, sound system setup and troubleshooting, room acoustics, or any application requiring an accurate free-field measurement microphone.
Known for its reliable performance, the M23 delivers unparalleled audio results at an affordable price. It features a flat frequency response extending from 3 Hz to 23 kHz, an exceptionally consistent omnidirectional polar response, an SPL rating of 140 dB without distortion, and no handling noise.
Resistant to most atmospheric and temperature fluctuations, the M23 provides reliable and repeatable results in any environment.
The extremely fast impulse response and linear phase response make the M23 ideal for use with high-quality real-time audio system measurement software based on FFT such as SMAART™, SIM™, REW™, Electroacoustics Toolbox™, FuzzMeasure™, and others, as well as for PA system alignment and speaker design.
Each M23 is individually hand-adjusted and tested, and comes with its own printed frequency response chart. An electronic calibration file (ECF) is generated for each microphone during the final test and can be downloaded for free after product registration.
