The Solo6 ST6 is a 2-way monitor that delivers unparalleled transparency, definition, dynamics, and sound precision in its price range. Thanks to its Focus full-range mode, the Solo6 is essentially two monitors in one, with the woofer transforming into a full-range speaker driver.
In terms of technology and features, the Solo6 is equipped with a beryllium inverted dome tweeter, an "M"-shaped protective grille, and a woofer with a "W"-shaped diaphragm that extends its frequency range up to 10 kHz, specifically designed for Focus mode. Additionally, Focal's patented Tuned Mass Damper (TMD) technology reduces distortion by 50% in the 1 kHz to 3 kHz frequency range. The monitor also includes a high-pass filter, a deactivatable automatic standby mode, and a 160 Hz filter to address reflections from consoles, making the Solo6 a true reference monitor.
Lastly, for immersive listening experiences with setups like Dolby Atmos® and Sony 360RA®, the Solo6 features mounting inserts for wall and ceiling installation.
