Focal TRIO11 BE (Single)

With a 3-way design featuring a 1" tweeter, a 5" midrange woofer, and a 10" subwoofer, the Trio11 Be delivers astonishingly precise reproduction of the audio spectrum from 35Hz to 40kHz (+/- 3dB), capturing even the most minute details. The aluminum plate integrating the tweeter and woofer is oriented 360° (not 90°), allowing the Trio11 Be to be used vertically or horizontally, while also positioning the bass either in the center or on the outer edge. This feature optimizes the monitor’s performance based on its placement in the room and the room’s acoustics, offering flexibility even in smaller spaces.
In addition to the new high-performance speakers (a 5" midrange and a 10" subwoofer), the Trio11 Be incorporates Focal’s latest acoustic and electronic technologies, including TMD (Tuned Mass Damper) and NIC (Neutral Inductance Circuit) technologies. The optimized bass-reflex system enhances dynamic control and ensures precise bass definition, while the extended diaphragm excursion further increases speaker linearity.
Thanks to its class G amplification, the Trio11 Be provides a high sound pressure level (118 dB at 1m) and offers multiple installation options for both nearfield and midfield monitoring.
With the Focus mode (which can be remotely activated), the Trio6 Be operates as a 2-way speaker, using only the 5" driver and the tweeter, limiting the frequency range between 90Hz and 20kHz. This mode is ideal for checking the quality of mixes on systems with limited frequency response.
The rear panel of the Trio6 Be includes two 6.35mm mono female connectors (one input and one output). The input connects a control footswitch (not supplied), and the output connects to a second Trio6 Be, where the connector’s input will activate the 2-way mode on both monitors with a simple footswitch press (permanent contact/switch). The recommended footswitch is the Fender Footswitch Mustang/Rumble 1-button or any equivalent model.
This dual-monitor speaker setup meets the needs of the most demanding sound engineers, offering extreme neutrality, precise stereo imaging, and the ability to reproduce the finest micro-details.
