PanMan incorporates features inspired by classic autopanners. Are there classic autopanners? Yes. And we've tracked down these obscure boxes, like Spanner and PanScan, to study what makes them work. One thing we couldn't help but mention is the PanScan: the trigger divider. This quirky function allows you to set the number of trigger events needed to move to a new panning position. For example, you can set it to sweep from left to right in three triggers. Activate panning with a mouse click, automate the trigger with your host, or even set a threshold to respond to incoming audio. You can even filter the audio going to the trigger to respond only to low or high-frequency events. And of course, we didn't stop there: we've added 7 different analog modes that add saturation and a true analog feel when you push PanMan hard.
